In 2018 began the construction of this new office and retail building. This ten storey asset will have three naturally lit façades. It is being erected on a corner lot measuring 1,275 sqm in this prominent location, directly on Potsdamer Platz and right next to the Canadian embassy, with a gross external area of around 10,700 sqm above ground and an underground car park. The building completion was achieved by end of 2021.

Like no other place, Potsdamer Platz symbolises the momentum of Berlin's urban development in the early 21st century. The high-rises that prominent architects like Helmut Jahn, Hans Kollhoff, and Renzo Piano designed for the square reflects a commitment to Berlin as an up-and-coming metropolis with a strong sense of self.

The neighbourhood around Potsdamer Platz and Leipziger Platz is characterised by offices and retail units, public institutions like the Bundesrat, Berlin’s House of Representatives, embassies (including those of the German states), cinemas, museums, and restaurants. Also in the vicinity are the State Library of Berlin, the Philharmonic Building, the New National Gallery, and a musical theatre.

This square, which was re-created just years ago, has become one of Berlin's most iconic attractions for residents and visitors alike.
