Torre Serrano was erected in 1974. In 2015, AGIB Real Estate Infinorsa commissioned the Architectural Studio of Ortiz y Leon to refurbish the fourteen-storey office block.
Located in the exclusive Salamanca district in the middle of Madrid’s most sought-after shopping street, Torre Serrano is the only stand-alone office tower in Madrid's 'Golden Mile'. It provides modern offices in a unique high-street retail area.
Ownership: 100%
Torre Serrano is located in the heart of Madrid’s most select high-street retail area, within the Central Business District (CBD), and is the only stand-alone office tower in the city’s so-called 'Golden Mile'. It offers a wide variety of services, ranging from restaurants and retail stores to hotels, gyms and leisure facilities, all within easy walking distance.
Thanks to its unrivalled setting and privileged environment, balancing the demands of work and family life is made that much easier.
Torre Serrano has excellent public transport communications, with a Metro (tube) station, several bus stops and a taxi rank at the entrance. It is within easy reach of the airport (< 25 minutes), high-speed long-distance train stations (< 10 minutes) and suburban rail network (< 10 minutes).
